Vibrating fluidized bed dryer for sodium sulfate
Sodium sulfate, commonly known as mirabilite or sodium sulfate, is a white transparent crystalline particle or crystalline powder, mainly used as a chemical raw material, soluble in water, with a moisture content of 5% and dried to below 0.5%. There are problems with the original vibrating fluidized bed dryer, such as poor fluidization effect, easy leakage of powder from the fluidized bed mesh plate, and inconvenient cleaning. In order to avoid these problems, the sodium sulfate vibrating fluidized bed dryer has been improved on the original dryer. The overall frame of the fluidized bed is high, making the fluidization effect reach the Zuijia state, extending the material retention time, and achieving the final water content of the product to meet customer requirements. The bed mesh plate adopts a serpentine mesh plate, which solves the phenomenon of powder leakage.
Design of sodium sulfate vibrating fluidized bed dryer:
(1) The vibrating fluidized bed dryer ignores the preheating stage during material drying, and the entire drying process is divided into two parts: a constant speed section and a reduced speed section.
(2) The materials in the height direction of the vibrating fluidized bed drying machine bed are completely backmixed, and the thermal resistance inside the particles is ignored. Therefore, the bed height direction has the same temperature and humidity everywhere
(3) The flow rate and temperature of hot fluid entering the vibratory fluidized bed (VFB) dryer in the horizontal direction of the vibratory fluidized bed dryer remain unchanged.
(4) Material movement in the horizontal direction of a vibrating fluidized bed dryer is an ideal piston flow, so the temperature and humidity changes in a vibrating fluidized bed (VFB) dryer are one-dimensional.
