2. Fault phenomenon: the fuselage moves laterally

Cause analysis: the eccentric block of vibration motor is out of synchronization

Troubleshooting: adjust the eccentric block

3. Fault phenomenon: the discharging speed is too fast

Cause analysis: the air volume at the feed end is too large; The included angle of eccentric block of vibration motor is too small

Troubleshooting: adjust the air regulating plate and eccentric block

4. Fault phenomenon: the discharging speed is too slow

Cause analysis: the air volume at the discharge end is too large; The included angle of eccentric block of vibration motor is too large

Troubleshooting: adjust eccentric block and air inlet plate

5. Fault phenomenon: there are large particles at the outlet of cyclone dust collector

Cause analysis: excessive air intake; Excessive air volume of induced draft fan

Troubleshooting: adjust the air inlet plate and induced draft plate
